A Technical Division that has centralised resources and local contact points. Thanks to this organisation, COFELY can quickly and efficiently deploy its tools and expertise and also ensure optimised sharing of good practices developed locally.

Accordingly, throughout its network, COFELY has designed and deployed a standardised method for following up its services: Fiabilis.

Additionally, technical tools have been developed in-house and placed at the service of COFELY’s various specialists: 

• for remote facilities management (Smartphone, COFELYvision,…),
• for energy performance quantification (Elena,…) 
• for managing maintenance (CAMM,…).

Finally «client communication» interfaces enable COFELY to fulfil its transparency commitments to its clients: COFELYdirect, supervision using COFELYvision etc.

A dedicated innovation centre, Cylergie

Innovation constitutes a major priority for COFELY. Its research centre, holder of approximately ten patents and a score of GDF SUEZ Innovation Trophies, is placed entirely at the service of COFELY’s business, primarily devoted to energy and environmental efficiency.
