Deploying truly integrated services

Service integration consists in comprehensively organizing/managing a series of services on behalf of a client while guaranteeing that the results will meet his expectations. COFELY provides its clients and end users with an organisation and coordination processes guaranteeing consistent quality of service.

For COFELY, this activity combines two types of services:

• Facilities Management which coordinates a series of services and secondary benefits surrounding the core business of a company or of an organisation (industry, tertiary, health, armed forces, prison etc.). 
• Multi site management which organises the provision of a type service for a large number of sites throughout France and Europe.

Service integration may or may not extend to taking on assets or personnel as part of approaches such as PPPs or joint management of prisons for example.
