Designing and operating facilities for supplying locally produced, renewable energies

COFELY has developed an historic expertise in the supply of locally produced energies:

  • Heating and cooling networks,
  • Cogenerations,
  • Power plant for industrial utilities.

COFELY is upgrading these facilities with a view to achieving greater energy efficiency and a more diversified energy mix by including a constantly increasing proportion of renewable energies (biomass, geothermal energy,...)

Its expertise enables COFELY to identify appropriate solutions:

  • cost control,
  • quality and availability of the useful energy supplied whether industrial fluids or heat,
  • relevance of the solution in terms of sustainable development.

Cost-effective and sustainable solutions

Responsibility for outsourcing the production, operation and maintenance of certain items of equipment in order to address economic and environmental challenges: these solutions have been designed with a view to setting up a real partnership with our clients, one that can take the form of a joint investment.

Pooled energy production in industrial estates, districts and towns: by submitting an all-in cost and by optimising investments, these solutions will make these areas more economically attractive. Through an appropriate mix of local and renewable energies, this approach will enhance the environmental balance.
